1. Website Use

You may use this website to learn about our services, explore design ideas and contact us about a project. Please use it lawfully and provide accurate information when making an inquiry. Do not impersonate another person, submit information you are not authorized to share, interfere with the website or attempt to access other people’s information.

2. Inquiries & Estimates

Submitting a form, calling or emailing Moda Building requests a conversation. It does not create a construction contract, reserve a start date or confirm that a project has been accepted. A submission confirmation means your inquiry was received by the website; it is not a project approval.

Any pricing guidance, budget selection or preliminary discussion is informational. A project-specific proposal depends on the property, assessment, materials, scope and conditions. Availability is confirmed after reviewing your location and project.

3. Written Project Agreements

Before work proceeds, the agreed scope and project terms should be documented in a separate written agreement. That agreement addresses the applicable specifications, pricing, payments, timing, changes, responsibilities, warranties and cancellation terms. The website does not replace that agreement or any notices required by law.

Changes to scope, materials or timing must be handled through the project agreement. These website terms do not create a product, labor or performance warranty and do not reduce warranties or consumer rights provided by law or an applicable signed agreement.

4. Design Imagery & Information

Images and design descriptions illustrate possibilities. Layouts, materials, colors and features may vary and depend on the agreed scope and property conditions. See the image information on our Portfolio page. No image or general description guarantees that a particular result is feasible at your property.

We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but content, services and availability may change. Contact us to confirm details that are important to your project.

5. Contact Permission & Privacy

The form asks for permission to contact you by phone or email about your request. It does not sign you up for automated marketing texts or prerecorded marketing calls. You may ask us to stop following up by contacting us.

Our Privacy Policy explains the information collected through the website and how it is used. Please do not send payment-card details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information through the project form.

6. Website Materials & External Services

The Moda Building name, logo, site design, text and other materials may be protected by intellectual property law. You may view and use the website for personal project planning. Reuse of our branding or materials for another business requires permission where applicable.

External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content or availability.

7. Website Availability & Your Rights

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every website feature will always be error-free. Do not rely on the inquiry form for an urgent response or emergency assistance.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Applicable signed project terms govern construction services; mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

8. Governing Law & Updates

These website terms are governed by Michigan law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. We may update them by posting a revised version and effective date. Updates to website terms do not alter an existing signed project agreement.
