This policy describes information collected through the Moda Building website and project inquiry form. Contact us any time with questions about your information.
1. Information You Provide
When you request a consultation, the website collects your name, phone number, email address, project city or property address, planned budget and requested service. It also collects any optional project notes you provide, your permission to contact you, and the time of the inquiry.
The page used to submit the form and its campaign parameters may be saved with your inquiry. This helps identify which service or campaign led to your request. Please avoid putting sensitive information in project notes or in a page’s address.
2. Website & Technical Information
Our hosting provider may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details and request times, to deliver the website and help protect it from misuse. The inquiry form uses an essential session cookie for request validation and temporary request counters for rate limiting. The counters do not contain project details.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to that service, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser information. Its handling of that information is governed by its own privacy policy.
This version of the website does not include advertising pixels, behavioral advertising trackers or a separate visitor analytics service.
3. How Information Is Used
Inquiry information is used to understand your project, confirm service availability, contact you about your request, discuss a possible scope and budget, and maintain related business records. Technical information supports operation, troubleshooting and security.
Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in automated marketing texts or prerecorded marketing calls. Your contact permission is for responding to the project request you submit.

Project requests are sent to Moda Building’s business email using the hosting provider’s mail service. The website does not maintain a separate inquiry database in this version. Hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver and store these messages. Moda Building may use the details you provide to follow up by phone or email.
This website does not sell inquiry information or send form submissions to advertising platforms. Information may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse or a security issue. Any future connection to an additional marketing or customer-management service should be reflected in an updated policy before it is used.
5. Retention & Security
Inquiry emails may be kept to respond to your request, discuss services and maintain related business records. Their retention depends on business recordkeeping and mailbox settings; this website does not automatically delete inquiry emails. You can request deletion using the contact details below; records may need to be retained where required by law or for an ongoing project or dispute.
No method of online transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. The project form is not intended for payment-card information, Social Security numbers or other highly sensitive information.
6. Your Choices & Requests

We may ask for enough information to confirm the request relates to your own records. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and any legitimate recordkeeping needs.
You may choose to call or email rather than use the form. Your browser also provides controls for cookies and site data, although restricting essential features may affect website access.

The website is intended for adults planning home improvement projects and is not directed to children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
